1. Intake and Triage
We record model and board identifiers, symptoms, prior repair history, and visible physical condition. The unit is then triaged by complexity, parts risk, and service urgency so expectations are clear from the start.
Workflow
Each board moves through a documented service path designed to identify root cause, control repair risk, and confirm stable performance before return.
We record model and board identifiers, symptoms, prior repair history, and visible physical condition. The unit is then triaged by complexity, parts risk, and service urgency so expectations are clear from the start.
Technicians perform structured board-level diagnostics to isolate failed power paths, shorted lines, unstable regulators, and sequence faults. Measurements are captured before component replacement decisions are finalized.
Rework is completed using controlled hot-air and hand-solder methods with shielding, thermal discipline, and pad protection. Failed ICs, passives, connectors, and damaged traces are repaired or replaced as required.
After repair, the board is validated under functional and stress conditions. Power-line stability, interface behavior, connector integrity, and thermal response are checked to reduce repeat-failure risk.
For jobs requiring customer approval, we share findings and scope before major parts work proceeds. Completed work is documented with repaired fault areas, replaced components, and validation notes.
Once complete, units are prepared for return with optional preventive work such as thermal refresh, connector reinforcement, and corrosion mitigation to support longer service life.
Some failures require layered testing across power, logic, and interface sections. We keep findings documented and approvals clear before major parts replacement.
